However, our experience was marred by several issues, including a lack of information about accessible room policies and a very hot room. Overall, I left feeling disappointed despite the hotel’s potential.

I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre, just a stone's throw from the Birkenhead port. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even more enjoyable, and I appreciated the spacious, clean room equipped with great amenities. The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't fully open for dinner, but they directed me to a nearby pub. Overall, it was a great start to my holiday! 😊🍽️
